Nothing begins with a quote. We talk once, I write down what the thing actually has to do, and you see a sketch before anyone has spent money. After that it gets built in the open — you watch it while it is still wrong, which is the only time changing it is cheap.

This site. Four photogrammetry scans: 57.4 MB over the wire and eleven seconds to first paint. Converted, quantised, and the whole renderer deferred past the first frame — 10.3 MB and 2.6 seconds. Measured both times on the same machine, and the numbers written down where you can check them.

Sites rot. Someone has to read the logs, take the updates, and make the small edits nobody wants to open a job for. Billed monthly, ended with a sentence and no argument.
